Privacy Policy
Understand what Artifacte collects, how wallet-linked activity is handled, and where third-party infrastructure participates in operating the platform.
Introduction
Artifacte ("we," "our," or "us") operates the artifacte.io website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.
Information We Collect
Wallet Address: When you connect your Solana wallet, we receive your public wallet address. We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases.
Transaction Data: Blockchain transactions are public by nature. We may display transaction history related to NFTs listed or purchased on our platform.
Usage Data: We collect standard web analytics such as page views, browser type, and device information to improve our service.
How We Use Your Information
- Display your NFT portfolio when you connect your wallet.
- Process listings, bids, and purchases on our marketplace.
- Provide price oracle data and market valuations.
- Improve our platform and user experience.
Data Storage & Security
We do not store personal information beyond your public wallet address. All blockchain data is publicly available on the Solana network. We use industry-standard security measures to protect our platform infrastructure.
Important
Wallet addresses and on-chain activity are inherently public on Solana, even when Artifacte stores only minimal account-level data.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services:
- Helius for Solana RPC access and NFT data.
- Magic Eden for marketplace data.
- Arweave and Irys for decentralized metadata storage.
- Vercel for website hosting.
Third-party policies
Each provider maintains its own privacy practices and policies for the data it receives or processes.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies for session management and preferences. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
Your Rights
You can disconnect your wallet at any time to stop sharing your wallet address with our platform. Blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be deleted because they exist on a public ledger.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
